Josh oversees all management and strategic activities of the firm. Drawing on his diverse entrepreneurial background, he founded Carl X Dimes to opportunistically pursue a broad range of ventures with best-in-class partners and operators. Throughout his career, Josh has been actively involved in the structuring and managing of over $1 billion worth of assets within the venture capital, private equity, real estate and general/alternative investment marketplace.
 
Prior to founding Carl X Dimes, Josh served as the Associate Director of the Alternative Investments Group and Multi-Manager Investment programs for ABN Amro Asset Management – North America and LaSalle Bank. In addition, he was an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager with Mesirow Financial and William Blair & Company, LLC. Josh also served as an associate with Angelstreet.com, a Chicago based Venture Capital firm, and as Director of the Syndications Division for Britannica.com. Currently, Josh serves as Chairman of The Endeavor Companies, a Private Equity and Real Estate Holding Company he founded in 2005.
 
Josh earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Finance and his BA in Business from Lake Forest College. He holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses with the NASD & March Capital, while being a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and Board Member of the American Friends of the Israel Sports Center for the Disabled.
